When will my order be process?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. During periods of high demand, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.


When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday . Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, however, during periods of high demand please allow up to 5-10 business days for your packaged items to be processed and shipped. For rush orders, please email sincerelybritnee@gmail.com with RUSH ORDER: -YOUR ORDER #- in the subject line and I will do our best to fill your order in the given time frame. Any orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day.

**If your order is unable to be processed due to inaccurate shipping / payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.


What is your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of the business, all items are final sale.

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently, I do not ship Internationally. Please check back periodically on this status.


What is your Lost Package policy?

Sincerely, Britnee will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages in the mail. If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, you must contact the shipping company to resolve the shipping issue and file a claim. A new order will need to be placed via the shop. When will I receive my preorder?

If you select a PRE ORDER item you will receive a notification when it is ready to download and/ or out for delivery. For more information on your pre order item(s), please see the item card for expectation details.


What is your Shipping Policy?

All merchandise is shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a notification via email once your packaged item(s) have shipped.


· Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.  If items are returned, an additional shipping fee will be charged in order for your items to be sent to the correct address. **If the status of your order is SHIPPED, the address cannot be changed.

· If your item is lost in the mail and has not been delivered as scheduled, you must place a new order. Sincerely, Britnee is not responsible for any items that are lost in the mail. If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, you must contact the shipping company to resolve the shipping issue and file a claim.


How do I report a damaged package?
